The next chapter

Dear friends 

Firstly I’d like to apologise if lately I haven’t responded to messages and emails and promptly as I would like. In honesty, I was looking for words to say what I’m about to ….

It’s been a busy summer. Thank you for all who supported us but many of you may have heard what we planned to do after the summer trades.

Yes, we are moving towards the ‘next chapter’.

My London Hammersmith restaurant had been extremely busy since it’s, much needed, 20 years revamp a few months ago, my regular presence is very much required up there to keep it going. 

There are a couple of ‘projects’ which I am working on with partners in Central London too .That should happen soon .

Also with Richmond now being reopened ( 2 years of flooding and insurance nightmare !). It has drained us with many resources…including financial, manpower and our family sanity.

Now that’s is opened again, the family is determined to make it work again. With a 10 years lease I’ve just recently secured , it seems a shame if we were to let it go, plus many people will be out of work!!

Therefore … the sad announcement is that Anissa will no longer be operating ‘full dinner service’.

This is to allow myself to manage London more and the restructure of our family workforce.

BUT it’s not good bye because we will try to make Anissa unique and lively.

Frozen and ready Thai meals

Fresh Thai ingredients

Cooking workshops

Chefs tables 

International nights feasts

Outside catering events 

Private parties 

Thai breakfast club

Special lunch/dinner buffets

That should hopefully keep us busy down here.

Nong and the girls will now take charge of the shop. I’ll still be running up and down !!

So having said that …. I’m planning a few events for you for the coming months. I’ll update you on our usual channels soon.

So please … don’t worry. You’ll still see us. We’ll still be here.
